M	M P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic place! Beatiful decor and the best breakfast I had to date among many hotels I have visited. Staff is well trained, professional and friendly. The heated outdoor pool is a nice treat. Very close to the beach where there is designated sector with fresh towels for guests. Good restaurants nearby. Rooms are spacious and beds comfortable. Very clean. It deserves its 5 star rating.

Hotel inside looks and feels like a five star in the renovated areas which are smart. Renovated Premium rooms are super. Spacious with huge bed or beds, nicely appointed bathroom with separate shower and bath. Kettle, nespresso machine and good cold fridge. All room amenities were amply replenished every day. Breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful. The only let down and detracting from 5 stars was the food in the evening. Some strange taste combinations that didn’t quite come off and one chaotic set menu evening. Steaks and bar food were fine. We would stay again but only on a bed and breakfast basis. There are plenty of restaurants nearby that were closed due to the time of year we were there.
S	Stephanie Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately this hotel does not live up to its 5 star rating. The staff can be quite rude and rarely acknowledge you as you walk through reception. A simple hello would not go amiss. The pool area needs some serious updating, I do question a hotel that still asks you to swap ‘towel cards’ for a towel by the pool, this seems very old fashioned. There is no turn down service in the evenings which I would expect in a hotel that is 5 star. Certain areas of the hotel seem to have been forgotten when it last had an update and had we not have booked an ocean suite which was lovely but on reflection very expensive when put into context with the rest of the hotel, we may well have looked for another hotel.

R	Robert Barnard-Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great venue for our golf trip which is the primary reason for staying tbh. Rooms up to the 4th floor are simply old and tired and need refurbishment. Breakfast is perfectly adequate and the egg man is a genius. Cheers RBS

Service was excellent through out and a special mention for the charming Patricia on the front desk. A few good restaurants are just round the corner.
