N	Niki Bartlett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High end restaurant lounge though fairly priced w live music & entertainment right by the beach. Summer can be very busy so my advice defo book a table. Particularly enjoyed the members of staff Amelia, Humberto, Miguel, Sergio & Fernando.

M	Mohamed Arab on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is good but as it's tailored for English tourists, it's nowhere near as good as authentic Portuguese restaurants in Algarve and it's far more expensive given the area where this restaurant is situated. It's not wow but it doesn't disappoint.

The salmon ‘sashimi’ was downright disgusting (and blow torched negating the term sashimi), the burger was soggy, and the chicken dish was essential a bland frozen meal from the grocery store thrown on a plate. Save yourself the time and money by dining somewhere else.

The other table left shortly after we arrived. There was 5 people working but the service was embarrassingly bad. My husband ordered a brandy, they asked if he wanted ice(seriously?) he said no, it came with ice. I ordered a glass of the house white wine, it looked like water and tasted terrible. The waiter said they have had no complaints about this wine. I’m sorry but Portugal has the best wines, and 5€ for a glass of wine in Portugal when you can buy a bottle of good wine for 3€? And it’s terrible? It’s embarrassing My cousin had a gin and Tonic, 10€ seriously? We were there over an hour, 5 employees hanging out and no one checked on us until we flagged one down to complain about the wine. When we were ready to leave, we had to go into the restaurant where they were hanging out to ask for the bill. They sent the young girl, obviously they were scared we would complain if a guy came out. She seemed nervous, so we didn’t say anything. As someone who lives in Portugal, I was embarrassed and saddened to see this type of service in a high tourist area.

This goat’s cheese salad has what can only be described as a cross between sugary beetroot sauce, raspberry and maybe concentrated Ribena (?) all over it, which was not on the menu. The pears were clearly from a can. All for 15.50. There’s a bouncy castle right beside, so you have screaming kids and music, which fights within the music pumping out from the “live entertainment” in the middle of the communal area between the various restaurants all around. The singer on this occasion would not have made it past the early stages of any regional talent show. Looks like the best food came from the kids’ menu - can’t go far wrong with spaghetti Bolognese, though the chips were flaccid and underdone. Caravan park food. When we sent back a salmon sashimi starter (which was in fact cooked) and the goat’s cheese, both were knocked off the bill, so hats off there. I’d give this a pass.
