★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cataplana was delicious. I also got food envy when I saw the table next to us being brought their salt crust bake whole fish. Staff is very friendly and very helpful, drinks are good and well served. Place is spotless and good interior design (looks new).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are awful, so up themselves and rude manager it’s unbelievable. You’d think they would want trade given current COVID situation but alas not. We will go elsewhere in future, the beach bar below are much more friendly - will go there in future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's winter at the moment... This is one of the few restaurants open. My partner and I just wanted a drink. We were told to sit in the back end of the restaurant and not near the windows with a beautiful view of the ocean, where we initially wanted to sit. The OBVIOUS place to WANT to sit. We were told they are a restaurant, and not a bar. I thought that was pretty disgusting. Has left a nasty taste in my mouth. Won't be back. There are actually now TWO open tables.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely venue, setting and scenery overlooking golden strands in a relaxed but upmarket beach club setting. The price point is in keeping with the Vale de Lobo location but not too elevated. Still possible to be among the only lunchtime diners early in the week in mid May but be prepared for a much busier scene come peak season. Parking is at a premium near the restaurant so be ready to drop off and hunt for parking.
