★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a table and arrived on time, then the security guy couldnt find us on the list and called another member of staff. They were both confused and rude aswel, we stood outside awkwardly. Then another guy who worked there came over and they all argued and let us in. We felt unwanted even though they messed it up. The place was empty anyway. Shisha was poor no flavour at all and was premium! The drinks were standard but over priced. Dj had rubbish music. Never going to go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great ambience period. Can’t comment on the drinks and shisha because it took 1.5 hours to get an order in and almost all of our order to arrive. Also on complaining the staff was rude, defensive and making excuses - manager refused to speak to us. We had to leave following that behaviour
