★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We dined here with four and came specifically for the tripe. We were not disappointed. It was delicious. We also enjoyed the octopus and both the cod and veal croquettes.
Service was a bit slow due to the fact they have two guys responsible for the whole restaurant, even at peak hour (this seems to be the norm in Portugal).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible food in downtown Porto at a reasobable price. The number of people eating here is testimony to their quality and good service. A highly recommended venue if you happen to visit the city. The cod is fantastically cooked and a real delikatessen. Enjoy it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great dinner. Great friendly service. Very lovely grilled cod and squid dishes. Lots of locals on other tables. Highly recommended. Sorry was too busy enjoying my meal for any photos.. Don't let the rather utilitarian looks deter you.
