Serviço horrível, uma vergonha, alguns entregadores registam no sistema tentativas de entrega sem sequer esperarem um pouco pela abertura da porta, combina-se depois com a central a entrega para outro dia e esta não se efectua, etc.. Recomendo que no momento da compra do produto alertem o fornecedor que este serviço não funciona.
Horrible service, a shame, some couriers register delivery attempts in the system without even waiting a moment for the door to open, then the delivery is arranged with the central for another day and this does not take place, etc.. I recommend that when purchasing the product, you inform the supplier that this service does not work.

O pedido foi feito em 1º de agosto. Quase 2 semanas se passaram. Depois de verificar o status do pedido, vimos que uma pessoa nos procurou nos dias 6 e 9 de agosto. Mas! Estamos em casa! Da ligação para o serviço, descobriu-se que eles não fazem ligações para os clientes. Como? Como você pode trabalhar assim? E se uma pessoa estiver trabalhando nesse horário? Você não pode ligar e combinar um horário de entrega? Muito horrível! O pedido que deveria chegar em 3-5 dias agora TALVEZ vir após 3 semanas.
The order was placed on August 1st. Almost 2 weeks have passed. After checking the status of the order, we saw that a person came to us on the 6th and 9th of August. But! We're at home! From the call to the service, it turned out that they don't make calls to customers. Like? How can you work like this? What if a person is working during these hours? Can't you call and arrange a delivery time? Very horrible! The order that was supposed to arrive in 3-5 days now MAYBE come after 3 weeks.

Só para informar que tive que fazer uma queixa no livro de reclamaçoes, primeira vez que o faço, mas com voçes nao dá. Para nao falar de serem mal educados para as pessoas, mentem a dizer que tentaram fazer entregas na morada e que estava incorreta, pior que isto nao se pode levantar a encomenda nas instalaçoes e que nao sao obrigado a ligar se nao derem com a morada\casa. Nunca tive problemas com nenhuma outra transportadora ou ctt, mas com a DPD tenho sempre, parece brincadeira.
Just to inform you that I had to file a complaint in the complaints book, the first time I do it, but it's not possible with you. Not to mention being rude to people, they lie to say that they tried to deliver to the address and that it was incorrect, worse than that, you can't pick up the order at the premises and that you don't have to call if you don't find the address\ House. I've never had problems with any other carrier or ctt, but with DPD I always have, it seems like a joke.

Empresa a prestar maus serviços. À quatro dias atrás era para fazer o levantamento de um equipamento e informaram me que não se encontrava ninguém no local do levantamento o que indicaram é errado já que estive o dia todo a aguardar o respectivo levantamento e após varias insistências telefónicas só ao quarto dia é que fizeram o respectivo levantamento e o pior de tudo é um levantamento com muita urgência. Péssimo e mau serviço prestado por esta empresa

Uma vergonha de empresa, deve ser a unica que nunca sabe a minha morada, não deixa nenhum aviso, nem por telefone , mail, papel , nada. Já são muitas boas compras perdidas apenas pela incompetencia desta empresa. Pela minha parte não quero nada com ela! Vergonha de serviço, como é possível ?!...

Falsely said no one at home, said address Was wrong. Manager at warehouse rude arrogant and argumentative. No attempt at customer service. Manager at warehouse said no contact from customer service center despite them saying they sent 5 emails. No attempt at customer service and false claims. Any company using this service risks losing thier reputation.

this really is the worst of portugal. the faro office dont even bother to try and find you. ive tracked them with parcels so many times and they dont get within 20 km of our address in tavira. and then send it back. they’ve outshone themselves this time, leaving a package worth €1000 at a bookshop in faro without telling anyone, the sender and myself both contacted them, now sent back to france somewhere! happy xmas. i think the girls in the office do there best against terrible practice
