K	Karim Sakhibgareev on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have old cars with some scratches, but very affordable prices, friendly service and fast car return process. They claim they don't pay attention to very small scratches, I rented here several times and never had any issues on return.
A	Anabela Goncalves on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did reservations with my American Express online with a only travel agency, and paid with my American Express, when I arrived had a small extra fee, I gave them my American Express card and they said it’s wasn’t accepted. The reason why all other credit cards were accepted and not American Express is because this card covers you and the car in case of a accident or damage but because at the counter you can’t pay with it, no longer the Ins from the card is valuable. So they can sell you there Ins. So be ware of this company! I will never rent from this company again! If they accepted the my American Express I would rent from them again with no problem but because of this reasons, I give them one star
M	Moritz Herrmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to change cars twice due to 1) engine issue 2) slow leaking tires. Also was charged twice for the same etoll after the rental agreement had ended. As the commubication from the rental company was poor, I am now reclaiming via my credit card provider. Very annoying... Team on site in Porto was friendly and helpful, but I will not be renting with them again (given the issues mentioned above).

You'll wait an hour in a queue before standing in front of an attendant (toilettes there are absolutely discussing) and then the following questions, obscure documentation and payment will take another half hour. God forbid you have a modern credit card, they will dismiss you directly and leave you standing empty-handed. Total scam.
M	Marta Bica on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Female workers incredibly rude and unhelpful. We had problems with our online reservation. The money was discounted but they refused to give us the car (or our money back) and ordered us to call a customer support service from an associate company from another country (who never picked up the phone). They did not give us any other options (although from previous experience we know there are some available for the problem we were faced with), they simply told us to go away (again, incredibly rude, didn't even try to pretend they cared to do anything at all). Long story short, we lost our money. Thankfully we only rented for a weekend, and now we know better than to come back to this company. We then went to Hertz close by, and they solved our issue in 2 minutes and we were able to get a nice car for a nice price.
A	Adam Balint Tisza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything went well during our one-week rent. The lady kindly explained everything to us and the car was also fine. Only four stars because they do not accept AmEx cards and we needed to wait more than half an hour when picking up the car.

Drive On Holidays said I could reserve, but would not be able to guarantee said model was available. If not, they would refund the deposit. Things changed on my side, I wasn't able to go and company upheld the deal with no fuzz. In a market segment when every other company is trying to pull your leg, it is refreshing to see honest and direct business. Will use again, even if at higher cost than the competition.
