★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “... A Drogaria Costa, em pleno coração de Cascais, é uma das drogarias mais antigas de Portugal e, sem dúvida, a loja há mais tempo em funcionamento na Vila. Abriu em 1891 (há 127 anos) e continua como um negócio familiar desafiando as grandes superfícies e dispensando aos clientes todo o tipo de bens como esfregonas, detergentes, vassouras, regadores, tomadas elétricas, trinchas e pincéis. É conhecida também por ter uma receita caseira de um óleo, vendido a granel, para limpar móveis.
A cave, onde por vezes os clientes descem para escolher um qualquer material, ainda tem o pavimento em terra batida.
E continua a resistir na Rua Visconde da Luz, ao lado do Largo Camões.
Se em Cascais houvessem “Lojas Históricas” esta seria obrigatoriamente uma delas.

 “... The Drogaria Costa, in the heart of Cascais, is one of the oldest drugstores in Portugal and, without a doubt, the store that has been operating for the longest time in the village. It opened in 1891 (127 years ago) and continues as a family business, challenging large surfaces and providing customers with all kinds of goods such as mops, detergents, brooms, watering cans, electrical outlets, brushes and brushes.
