★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now that their owned by "Continente" you'll be able to get loyalty card discounts and regular promotions. I expected to find basic things like nut/soy cheese, aka vegan cheese (it's super easy to find these items in Spain, France, UK and Germany, to name a few) but they were nowhere to be found. For the most part, they have a good selection at somewhat accessible prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good healthy (bio) products. Some prices are fair and other are rather expensive (compared, by instance, with the bio products in Lidl and Aldi). Very nice and helpful staff. Terrible background "music" (I blame the people who work there and have to hear it all day long!) Private parking, but sometimes crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're reading this: GO HERE instead of the local supermarket. This place has normal "health store prices" where the competition supermarket around the corner has ridiculous tourist prices, and it not even organic!
This place has great fresh products and loads of vegan products. We went here for all our stuff and never looked back! Highly recommended.

Good choice of vegetables and the likes.
I'm a regular client there and find the best nutrition in the Cascais/Estoril there.
If you're looking for fresh and healthy foods, don't go anywhere else.
