★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atravessa uma área de proteção da natureza Rede Natura 2000 – o Biótopo da Veiga da Mira, na confluência do ribeiro Mira com o rio Minho, afirmando-se como uma das mais importantes reservas de fauna e flora. Esta zona húmida, permite observar pântanos que albergam extensas matas de amieiros e uma variedade de aves migratórias identificando-se cerca de onze diferentes habitats.
 It crosses a nature protection area Rede Natura 2000 - the Veiga da Mira Biotope, at the confluence of the Mira stream with the Minho river, establishing itself as one of the most important reserves of fauna and flora. This wetland allows to observe swamps that house extensive alder forests and a variety of migratory birds, identifying about eleven different habitats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La ecopista de Portugal es la mejor manera manera de retomar la bicicleta. Es llana y va al lado del río Miño. Las vistas son espectaculares.
Recomendada para ir con niños.
Si es sábado y hacéis el tramo Valença- Vilanova de Cerveira, podéis comer en el merendero que hay a la salida del pueblo o acercaros a la feria.
The ecopista de Portugal is the best way to get back on the bike. It is flat and goes next to the river Miño. The views are spectacular.
Recommended to go with children.
If it's Saturday and you do the Valença- Vilanova de Cerveira section, you can eat at the picnic area at the exit of town or go to the fair.

ECO is the perfect excuse for the government to leave the place ABANDONED, with the TRACK IRREGULAR and FULL OF HOLES. A shame and HORRIBLE for those who want to enjoy the beautiful scenery on a bicycle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar perfecto para largos paseos. Ideal para andar en bicicleta sin problemas de coches. Vistas espectaculares. Muchos kilómetros en llano. Zonas de descanso con mesas y bancos de piedra. Si tenéis barco o moto de agua también encontraréis zonas para poder bajar al río. Zona limpia y muy cuidada.
Perfect place for long walks. Ideal for cycling without car problems. Spectacular views. Many kilometers on the flat. Rest areas with tables and stone benches. If you have a boat or jet ski you will also find areas to go down to the river. Clean and well-kept area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precioso camino para ir andando o hacer deporte, con el Miño de compañía. Súper recomendable.
Cerca hay un parador con sanitarios, restorán para comer, o bien tomar unas cañas. Para bañarse hay varios sitios dentro del recorrido que lo hacen posible y muy disfrutable ya que hay mucha sombra y pasto.
Amplio aparcamiento gratuito al principio del recorrido.
Varios sitios donde sentarse.

Nearby there is a parador with toilets, a restaurant to eat, or have a few beers. To bathe there are several places within the route that make it possible and very enjoyable since there is a lot of shade and grass.
Ample free parking at the beginning of the tour.
