★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All inclusive holiday.
Lovely resort and food.
The only disappointment was.the courtesy bus. While making it easier for the able bodied they do not cater for those who need help the most. Inaccessible to the disabled.
This needs to be addressed fo be fully inclusive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful resort! We went with our 3 years old daughter and we loved it! She had so much fun, the water park is so nice!! They also have lots of activities for kids. The villa we stayed at was extremely clean. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, they upgraded our accommodation and they also let us check out later when we asked, Highly recommended it was perfect!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with this stay, it was our 8th time staying in the resort. Our linen was never changed. The cleaners did come in because the beds were made. Our TV was broken, it was replaced with another broken one which we told reception, it wasn't fixed so we had a dodgy TV and no WiFi also. I don't think we will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great facilities during the day for kids though the live act playing at the bar until past 11pm disturbed our 2 year old's sleep and prevented us relaxing on our last night (a Sunday - thankfully ended just before was going to visit reception at our wit's end)
Also really disappointed by complete lack of any recycling facilities - either in the villas or even in public areas such as the dining areas or by the swimming pools. SO MUCH PLASTIC WASTE which will be going straight to landfill or the oceans... Only recycling facilities saw were very out of the way and inconvenient to use - no one wants to be carrying around bags of rubbish on their holiday!

Beautiful accommodation.
Great food.
Wonderful for families. However.
The only downside was the deafening noise in the dining room. Nothing against children but it was ear pearcing.
An ADULY or QUIET dining area would have given this resort 5 ?
Grown ups need a little quality time too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent a great week at the resort with the wife and kids. Service was excellent, a little slow in the evenings as the bar was busy. Food was quite varied and good quality. Villa was spotless and massive. Music needed around the pool in the daytime when the animation team wasn't working. Definately recommend to families with young children not so much older ones

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very, very clean. First class for children, facilities great and entertainment second to none. I'm going back for sure. Our children are ages 8, 7 and twins of 5 and they loved it.
Couldn't fault this place in any way. Villas are spotless and well equipped. We went all inclusive. Food great, homemade pancakes and pizzas amazing.
Generally nice staff, although Scottish manageress very helpful.
I can't imagine you would get a better place for kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic resort! Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Apartment was spacious and beautiful. The pool areas were amazing and our kids had so much fun at the splash park. Can't wait to return. Thanks for an amazing week!
