O serviço de assistência tem decorrido sempre muito bem, na maioria das vezes na pessoa do Sr Vítor Alves que todos os meses se apresenta para fazer a entrega das garrafas requeridas. Estou muito satisfeita, só tenho a comentar que por vezes os rótulos das garrafas de encontram um pouco sujos.
The assistance service has always gone very well, most of the time in the person of Mr. Vítor Alves who comes every month to deliver the required bottles. I'm very satisfied, I just have to comment that sometimes the labels on the bottles are a little dirty.

Esta empresa não compre os contratos que celebra com os seus clientes, nunca entrega os garrafões de agua nos dias estipulados ou prometidos, deixa s clientes semanas sem o fornecimento da agua, faz os clientes ficar todo dia a espera deles com a promessa da entrega de agua, não comparecem, não ligam a comunicar que não vem e nunca pedem desculpas pelo incomodo causado, quando indicamos aos funcionários que vamos fazer reclamações a resposta é "pode fazer as reclamações que entender isso é consigo", uma falta de respeito pelos clientes e muita falta de prestação de serviços em tempo util, deve ter um grave problem com os seus funcionários. Não recomendo esta empresa de todo na zona do Algarve.
This company does not buy the contracts it enters into with its customers, it never delivers the water bottles on the stipulated or promised days, leaves customers weeks without water supply, makes customers wait for them every day with the promise of delivery of water, do not show up, do not care to communicate that they are not coming and never apologize for the inconvenience caused, when we indicate to employees that we are going to make complaints, the answer is "you can make the complaints, you understand this is up to you", a lack of respect for customers and lack of timely service delivery, it must have a serious problem with its employees. I do not recommend this company at all in the Algarve area.

Muito fraca .... há 3 dias á espera da entrega da água!!!! Muito mau Desculpe!! Mas acha que estou a ligar para onde desde sexta feira (11.02.2022)? Onde, dependendo do dia, me dizem que a entrega vai ser feita no dia seguinte?? Ou seja já este prevista para segunda dia 14, terça dia 15 ..... Inclusive pedi para falar com o gerente/superior hierárquico ao que me disseram que não era possível que me devolvia a chamada o que aguardo até agora!!!!
Very weak .... waiting for water delivery for 3 days!!!! Very bad Sorry!! But where do you think I've been calling since Friday (11.02.2022)? Where, depending on the day, they tell me that delivery will be made the next day?? In other words, it is already scheduled for Monday 14th, Tuesday 15th ..... I even asked to speak with the manager/superior, who told me that it was not possible for him to return the call, which I am still waiting for!!!!

Very bad service. I made an order on the 16th of June and up till date d 24th of June, i haven't received my order. Terrible experience. I called EDEN springs this morning n they informed me that the delivery would be today the 24th of June between 6pm till 10.30pm. This is 10.30pm n i haven't seen or heard from anyone. UPSET

More than disappointing customer service! Between a week and 1 month late on delivery (even anticipating the delay I find myself without water)! The customer service is unable to assure me of the arrival of the order, they only read what the software says and cannot contact the delivery person! What is the point of ordering water if we have to buy small bottles at the supermarket between each orders? Hopefully water is good! If not I wouldn't see any positive point!!!

We have waited one month to have our water cooler repaired. "We can only come to your area, Cascais, on Mondays. Since no fixed time could be made we have waited from 9-19hr. two Mondays in a row. NO ONE HAS SHOWN. We must change companies or maybe start our own. Customer service at Eden Springs is not hard to beat. Also have had problems with their delivery during the summers and Christmas times.
