You read correct, a loan to a bank, not from a bank.
Fun fact #1: "Banco Espírito Santo" defaulted on that loan just before it went bust.
Fun fact #2: Following that cute little default, Portugal Telecom failed to merge with Brazilian telecom "Oi" and ended up being sold to Altice at a discounted price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to tick one star otherwise this would not post, but I want you to know that this company is NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR. Once again been let down by PT Telecom. Have arrived specially in Porto because they were coming to put in our WIFI and TV through Vodafone. Supposed to be here between 9 and 1, wait in all morning, wasting very precious time. Nothing. No phone call. Rude, rude, disorganised and clearly not caring anything about their customs.
