Com tanta gente capaz desempregada dá- se emprego a isto...

É de lamentar que este balcão tenha só uma pessoa a atender, pessoas e chamadas telefónicas, coisas simples de tratar e as pessoas estão cerca de 2 horas à espera.

I think that the situation we are going through cannot be an excuse for certain decisions.
It is unfortunate that this counter has only one person to answer, people and phone calls, simple things to deal with and people are waiting for about 2 hours.
