★ ★ ★ ★ ★ peacefull and clean small city well maintained closer to lisbon daily visited by tourist accommodation available online. book in advance would be preferable. currently i am hunting to rent a house in montijo being little difficult in the beginning . shopping in this town is fair .coffee shops restaurants burger place are ready to serve you. bus service taxi boat running a good network . yah you not lost you can add this town on your list. if you are farmer or love to visit farming area then good idea. after montijo up to and further vast farming area . my second visit to montijo i am in love with it and planning to settle down hear
