J	José Ramón Vidal Lado on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ves el sitio y lo primero que piensas es que te va a dar la lata muchísimo el moverte desde el hotel a los lugares que hay que visitar en Sintra. Pero después de haber estado puedo decir que es el lugar ideal. El Palacio da Pena y el Castillo de los Moros se encuentran a 20 y 30 minutos andando desde el hotel (hay que reconocer que es mucha pendiente, pero en general Sintra es para andar y el trayecto en coche hasta el hotel es la prueba). Para ver Regaleira, igual es bajar a la villa de Sintra andando unos 30 minutos y si se hace muy de noche, un taxi hasta el hotel son 9'5€ You see the site and the first thing you think is that you are going to bore a lot moving from the hotel to the places you have to visit in Sintra. But after being there I can say that it is the ideal place. The Pena Palace and the Castle of the Moors are 20 and 30 minutes walk from the hotel (it must be recognized that it is very steep, but in general Sintra is for walking and the drive to the hotel is the test). To see Regaleira, it is the same to go down to the town of Sintra walking about 30 minutes and if it is very dark, a taxi to the hotel is 9'5 €

El personal maravilloso, super atento, tuvimos un problema en nuestra habitación y nos cambiaron de inmediato. Recomiendo reservar la habitación doble con balcón, tiene el mismo precio que la de vistas al patio pero es muchísimo mejor. También importante si queréis hacer alguna visita en coche a otra zona, salid bien temprano, ya que la carretera se colapsa durante los fines de semana con todos los que quieren visitar el palacio de pena. Y es imposible salir de la casa sin esperar al menos una hora de atasco. Para las visitas sin duda lo mejor es ir andando (30min). The house is beautiful, everything is tastefully decorated and is perfect to spend a few days relaxing. Wonderful staff, super attentive, we had a problem in our room and they changed us immediately. I recommend booking the double room with a balcony, it has the same price as the patio view but it is much better. Also important if you want to make a visit by car to another area, leave very early, as the road collapses on weekends with everyone who wants to visit the palace of sorrow. And it is impossible to leave the house without waiting at least one hour of traffic jam. For visitors, it is definitely best to walk (30min).

On a adoré ! A super romantic stay (in both the literary and modern sense of the term) in this cottage: magical gardens in total harmony with the atmosphere of Sintra. We loved it !

P	Pratik Galoria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything about this place is perfect and cannot be described in words. Constanca and Mara were very supportive throughout our stay in Quinta Velha. Especially Mara, who is a very kind and humble caretaker, always prompt to answer our questions and fulfill our requirements. The property is very huge, the cottage is secluded, and has the utmost privacy. All the furniture and facilities inside the cottage are as described and of premium quality. The location is a little far from the town but you can always get a taxi there to roam around. Breakfast was fabulous and the cake Mara baked for us was very delicious. The main attractions like Pena palace and Mouros Castle are very close to the property. We really enjoyed our 3 nights stay and would definitely love to go back in the future.
