A	Adi Pikover on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is very special but..first of all it was hard getting there with the car, second there was no parking place, and third it was very dirty &full of bags inside our room.we got there in the middle of the night and it was impossible to take a shower.we called the woman who is taking care the apt after a few calls she came &cleaned the place but it wasn't fun get there so tired &wait anothet hour outside in the middle of the night till it was clean.she was very nice and eventually cleaned it but still..

J	Jenny Grossmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a lovely place to stay. The pool has a nice size and the open living room with just a roof above it is nicely decorated. You can enjoy a glass of wine in the evening outside on one of the sofas on the terrace and listen to the sound of the little river that crosses the property. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is lovely made. You can eat the home made marmelades and have a chat with the other guests on the huge table. Better take a really small car to reach the hotel and preferably try to take the road from the left side as the street is a little bit broader than from the right. Only improvement would be in the bathrooms - less plastic. We can highly recommend a stay there!
I	Isi Struiksma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful location on a hill in Sintra. A calming spring in the garden and a lovely pool. We stayed here for a wedding. The outside is lovely, but the inside is unfortunately beneath average. The towels were old and smelly, the bed was damp and the whole room smelled like mould. The bathrooms look very worn down, there’s no shampoo provided and there’s no door between room and bathroom, just an stained curtain. For a night it’s ok.
j	jouni saarnio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a disappointment, never stayd because the room was too smelly and humid, the interior in need of urgent renovation, the madrasses wont allow a good nigths sleep. The narrow road almost impossible to drive through with a bit larger car (we scrathed the side mirrows of our VW caddy). We have two dogs, after reservation they told us that we have to pay 40 euros for the dogs in this run down place. Well, I did not stay there even though they do not return the money, I prefer to have a good nights sleep even on vacations. Only nice thing at this place was this lovely girl who met us !

As we've paid in advance, I kindly ask for a waive of our fees as we paid for something that I never used... and you're so greedy to not even waive the cancellation. No wonder your score is so low.
N	Nicole Garcia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO! this place was not okay! my friends and I checked in and immediately the rooms stunk of mold! Got into our shower and the wall is filled with BLACK MOLD! There are no windows in the room so it was extremely hard to sleep through the smell all night, 3am wake up having to go outside and take a breath of fresh air. we told the lady that helped us check in about it and she said yes I know it’s an issue, I’m sorry we have no rooms available. The real question is, why would you even consider renting this to guests if you know this ?! It’s not a joke, it smells terrible and is not healthy by any means. We booked through booking.com and I DO NOT know who is responsible for the money but we aren’t getting our money back even though we didn’t even stay the second night. This is not okay and I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. At the end of the day it’s not so much about the money it’s the lack of customer service and hospitality. You should make sure your guests are the most comfortable and SAFE if they come stay at your place. Period.
