Estou à espera de 4 artigos (roupa de bebé) há meses, ainda sem data previstas de chegada. O apoio ao cliente não resolve nada e presta informações erradas. Não existe comunicação entre departamentos, por isso, não fazem a devolução do dinheiro (ainda que sempre que ligue me garantam que será feita a devolução). No fundo, é um site burlão, porque vende artigos que não tem e não devolve o dinhero quando assim o é. The online store has a shameful service. Enables the purchase of items that are not available. I have been waiting for 4 items (baby clothes) for months, still with no estimated date of arrival. Customer support does not solve anything and provides wrong information. There is no communication between departments, so they do not return the money (although whenever I call, they guarantee that the refund will be made). Basically, it is a scam site, because it sells items that it does not have and does not return the money when it is.

These people advertise items that are not in stock and are no longer available! The communication is diabolical and when you get a reply there will be apologies but they are not sincere!
