Fui á vossa oficina, e a senhora da recepção, informou por já ser 16h00, não podia dar orçamento, porque a pessoa responsável não estava na oficina, mas que ficava com os dados (matricula - contacto telefónico - e-mail), depois quando envia-se o orçamento por e-mail me contactava a informar que já tinha enviado. Estou á espera desse orçamento até hoje. Já pedi orçamento a outras oficinas, umas deram orçamento na hora, e outras no final do dia (isto é que é qualidade de serviço). Já optei por uma, para efectuar a reparação. Electrodiesel, têm que ser mais profissionais neste ponto dos orçamentos, pois já perderam um cliente. I went to your workshop, and the lady at the reception, informed that it was already 16:00, she could not give a quote, because the person responsible was not in the workshop, but he kept the data (enrollment - telephone contact - e-mail), then when the budget is sent by e-mail and contacted me to inform that it had already been sent. I'm still waiting for that quote to this day. I've already asked for a quote from other workshops, some gave a quote on the spot, and others at the end of the day (that is, quality of service). I already opted for one, to carry out the repair. Electrodiesel, they have to be more professional at this point in their budgets, as they have already lost a customer.
