A fines de junio de 2015 estuve en la ciudad de Lisboa y hable por teléfono con una persona del sexo femenino de como debería hacer para validar mi título profesional chileno en Portugal.
Y fui mal atendido por esta persona. De una forma déspota y muy poco profesionalismo de su parte.
Por favor y con todo respeto pero ojalá puedan cambiar a esta persona de función, porque no tiene la destreza necesaria para atender y entregar informaciones que son de suma importancia a los que acuden a la Embajada de Chile en Lisboa.

At the end of June 2015 I was in the city of Lisbon and I spoke with a female person on the phone about how I should do to validate my Chilean professional degree in Portugal.
And I was poorly served by this person. In a despotic way and very little professionalism on your part.
Please and with all due respect but I hope you can change this person of function, because you do not have the necessary skills to attend and deliver information that is of utmost importance to those who attend the Chilean Embassy in Lisbon.
