★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não posso sair de casa e preciso de falar com o Centro de Saúde de Loulé e já estou à 4 dias consecutivos a ligar para o numero e ninguém me atende ! UMA VERDADEIRA VERGONHA!
 I can't leave the house and I need to speak to the Loulé Health Center and I've been calling the number for 4 consecutive days and no one answers me! A TRUE SHAME!

A habitual palhaçada, dezenas de pessoas — doentes — ficam meia hora em pé (ou muito mais) na fila abandonados na receção para depois lhes dizerem: O que quer? Médico? Hoje não há médicos, estão em reunião. Volte amanhã.
É um regabofe total. Falta de vergonha e respeito pelos pacientes.
Demissão da administração já!!!
UPDATE:
Tive que regressar novamente a este centro de saúde no outro dia para uma consulta. Entrei lá ao meio dia, fui atendido às 17h.
É inaceitável que a capital do maior concelho do Algarve só tenha dois médicos para atender uma população tão grande.
During the pandemic:
The usual clowning, dozens of people — sick — stand for half an hour (or much longer) in the queue abandoned at reception and then tell them: What do you want? Doctor? Today there are no doctors, they are in a meeting. Come back tomorrow.
It's a total rant. Lack of shame and respect for patients.
Management resign now!!!
UPDATE:
I had to go back to this health center again the other day for an appointment. I went in there at noon, was attended to at 17:00.
It is unacceptable that the capital of the largest municipality in the Algarve only has two doctors to attend to such a large population.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É inadmissível como no centro de saúde Loulé levamos dias e dias seguidos a ligar e ninguém atende telefone.. .os telefones servem para enfeitar secretarias....precisamos algo urgente não temos como deslocar lá então morre-se...muito triste ninguém põe mão nisso...onde está direcção...
It is unacceptable as in the health center Loulé it takes days and days to call and no one answers the phone ... the phones are used to decorate departments .... we need something urgent we have no way to go there so we die ... very sad no one put a hand on it ... where is the direction ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento à chegada foi rápido, a admissão foi feita de forma clara e calma. Aguardei alguns momentos passei para a fase de triagem, o espaço é pequeno mas suficiente. O atendimento foi rápido e para a minha situação foi melhor que recorre ao hospital de Faro.
The service on arrival was quick, the admission was made in a clear and calm manner. I waited a few moments spent for the screening phase, the space is small but sufficient. The service was quick and my situation was better than resorts to the hospital in Faro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a family we've attended numerous times over 18yrs with asthma attacks, migraine induced paralysis, various broken bones and accidents. With 1 exception the level of care has been more than I could have hoped for. Now with the additional computerized communication with the family Dr the systems are now catching up with the physical level of care. Thank you Loule Cottage Hospital

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived on a Sunday at 15:00. Within 15 minutes we saw the nurse and were given a yellow wristband. We were then brought to a waiting-room at 15:15, from where we were fetched at 15:30 to see the doctor. Then at 15:40 to the x-ray room for x-rays.
Back in the waiting-room at 15:50, and waited for the results, which we received 5 minutes later.
Back to the entrance where we paid €15,- (all in) for the doctor's consultation, x-rays, and medication.
We were back in the car at 16:10.
Fantastic fast service, with excellent 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ treatment!
