Este Centro de saúde, não tem condições para servir o cidadão.1"telefonar é missão impossível. 2" As pessoas que lá trabalham não dignifica a profissão. 3" Estou à espera que marquem uma consulta, há um mês e tal e nada feito, nem sequer tem cuidado de resolver a situação. Vai o tempo que este Centro de saúde, era referência em que profissionais estes sim, respeitava o cidadão, e dentro das possibilidades resolviam. Estes actualmente parecem que estão vender maçãs. O presidente da Câmara Municipal devia pesquisar esta situação, para tirar as dúvidas é inacreditável, é ver para crer.
This Health Center is unable to serve the citizen.1"Telephoning is an impossible mission. 2" The people who work there do not dignify the profession. 3" I'm waiting for you to make an appointment, for a month and such and nothing has been done, it doesn't even take care to resolve the situation. It's been time that this Health Center was a reference in which these professionals respected the citizen, and within the possibilities they resolved. These currently seem to be selling apples. The mayor should research this situation, to remove doubts it is unbelievable, seeing is believing.

O atendimento foi simpático mas o serviço nacional de saúde é uma vergonha. Não há médicos de família, para ter uma consulta é muito difícil onde recomendam ir às urgências do Hospital. Um SNS que se paga mas está uma lástima.
The service was friendly but the national health service is a disgrace. There are no family doctors, it is very difficult to have an appointment where they recommend going to the hospital emergency room. An SNS that pays for itself but is a pity.

Parque de estacionamento com areia, e fica muito escorregadio. Filas de espera sem espaço resguardado do sol/chuva suficiente para se poder manter uma distancia segura entre utentes. Staff muito dinâmico e simpático, embora exista uma ou outra pessoa sem perfil para as funções desempenhadas. A Pandemia de Covid-19 fez com que o Centro de Saúde funcione de forma anormal, com medidas de segurança rígidas, o que exige um esforço e desgaste muito maior por parte de todas as pessoas que lá trabalham. Nota-se que o cansaço acumulado é geral, já estão há quase 2 anos a trabalhar com medidas de proteção e prevenção muito rígidas, com escalas incertas e a lidar com utentes por vezes sem cuidado, sem compreensão e respeito pela situação na sua globalidade. O descontentamento geral da população com o estado da Saúde em Portugal acaba por condicionar a opinião dos utentes acerca deste centro de saúde e faz com que muitas vezes esse descontentamento se reflita na forma com que encaram as restrições no centro de saúde, e descontem em cima de quem lá dá o litro diariamente

Very dynamic and friendly staff, although there is one or another person without the profile for the functions performed. The Covid-19 Pandemic caused the Health Center to function abnormally, with strict security measures, which requires a much greater effort and wear on the part of everyone who works there. It is noted that the accumulated fatigue is general, they have been working for almost 2 years with very strict protection and prevention measures, with uncertain scales and dealing with users who are sometimes careless, without understanding and respect for the situation as a whole. The population's general dissatisfaction with the state of health in Portugal ends up conditioning the users' opinion about this health center and this discontent is often reflected in the way they face the restrictions in the health center, and they pay it back. who gives the liter daily

Vou colocar uma estrela para ver se alguém faz alguma coisa em relação ao telefone. Em tempos como estes de pandemia, deviam de ter melhorado essa parte, é inadmissível ter de me deslocar ao local e ainda esperar 40minutos numa fila, só para marcar uma consulta! É o único centro de saúde que vejo assim. Agora em relação ás pessoas que lá trabalham, enfermeiras e médicos, gosto muito mesmo. Sempre fui muito bem atendida, tanto eu como os meus filhos. E gosto muito do nosso medico de familia.
I'll put a star to see if anyone does anything about the phone. In times like these of a pandemic, they should have improved that part, it's unacceptable to have to go to the place and still wait 40 minutes in a line, just to book an appointment! It's the only health center I see like this. Now in relation to the people who work there, nurses and doctors, I really like it. I have always been very well taken care of, both myself and my children. And I really like our family doctor.

Very rude on reception especially module 3. Was actually shouted at for asking if i was doing the right thing by just sitting and waiting- I was unsure if I needed to let her know i was there. She did not want to help me and was very angry. I was told she didn't speak English but managed perfectly when having a go at me. I was with my young son and new to area so was unsure how things worked. I was disgusted with how I was treated, manners cost nothing. I look forward to having to go again!!

This place only those consultations for people residing in the area. And exceptional treatments. So it's terrible for people who want to benefit from the national wealth service. The officer was kind off rude. And just help me when I asked him. The nurse was super nice and gave me some tips.

Very long queue at reception. As this is the Municipal (state-provided) Medical Centre of Quarteira, where tourists can get treatment with their European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) former paper E111 form, you would expect that all staff at reception could speak English. Sadly, this is not the case. The doctor spoke English, and was very helpful.
