★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tivemos hoje 2 consultas.Estavam marcadas para as 11:20 e 11:40. Ás 12:50 tivemos de ir embora, porque passou mais de uma hora de espera e haviam mais 2 pessoas à nossa frente . Se tivéssemos disponibilidade para esperar pela consulta, provavelmente tínhamos saído às 15h. Amanhã temos uma consulta marcada para a nossa filha, será que vai acontecer a mesma coisa que hoje? Today we had 2 appointments. They were scheduled for 11:20 and 11:40. At 12:50 we had to leave, because we spent more than an hour waiting and there were 2 more people ahead of us. If we were available to wait for the appointment, we would probably have left at 3:00 pm. Tomorrow we have an appointment for our daughter, will the same thing happen today? Thanks. Whenever I need it, I am well attended by the doctors despite all the limitations imposed by Covid-19. The receptionist Rosa is very professional and kind. It's the right person in the right place.
