★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fui a uma consulta com doures terriveis no siso .fui atendido pela doutora Maria rosario palma que me receitou 2 caixas de antibioticos 3 caixas de analgesicos no dia 29/08/2021 que me encaminhou para o dentista com pedido nao urgente faz 1 mes ainda estou a espera.
 I went to an appointment with terrible browning in the wisdom. I was seen by doctor Maria rosario palma who prescribed me 2 boxes of antibiotics 3 boxes of analgesics on 8/29/2021 who referred me to the dentist with a non-urgent request 1 month ago. waiting.

A própria da enfermeira faz a marcação da pesagem de um recém nascido, no dia da pesagem chego aqui, fico mais de 1h à espera até me dirigir a palavra só para dizer que primeiro chama quem tem consulta. Então para quê é ela a marcar a pesagem se não cumpre? Vergonhoso
Horrible!
The nurse herself makes the appointment for the weighing of a newborn, on the day of the weighing I arrive here, I wait for more than 1 hour until I speak, just to say that I call the person who has an appointment first. So why is she marking the weigh-in if she doesn't comply? Shameful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For me a very good service. Kind helpful receptionist. Very good and thorough doctor. My Portuguese is limited, I started speaking in Portuguese and both the doctor and receptionist helped in English.

We went there with a Portuguese speaker and the receptionist was incredibly rude to the Portuguese speaker. We just wanted to change our address details and she acted as if she was doing us a huge favour. Later tried ringing and they just don't answer the phone.

Reading previous negative reviews is what happens when everyone is stressed and not willing to listen and accept how things work.
For me after being referred to this centre by my local centro de saude the receptionist understood, (as it must be the same old story) she attended to me, and I got to see a doctor that same day.
The doctor's service was 5 star, he listened and anticipated my concerns and offered reassurance.
I was really happy with my experience despite the negative reviews. Going to a centro that looks 'run down' stress levels already run high, just have to take it for what it is and not put up a fight, and you might get somewhere.
