Recomendo que nunca critiques aqui um superior teu pelo mau trabalho feito ou sugerir melhorias. Vão te pôr de lado. Colocaram me de lado 6 meses até final do contrato por ter criticado um gestor que estava fazendo um trabalho muito questionável.
It is a relatively new company. With just over 12 years of existence. If you want stability and professional growth, No I don't recommend it here.
I recommend that you never criticize a superior of yours here for the poor work done or suggest improvements. They will put you aside. I was put aside 6 months until the end of the contract for criticizing a manager who was doing a very questionable job.
