Pelo preço que paguei por uma carrinha de 9 lugares uma VW caravelle. Muito confortável tudo muito bom. O sr Roberto muito simpático. Correu tudo bem.
Mas eu sendo também funcionário de uma rent a car. Só deixo uma crítica a que devem acertar os preços no site devido ao seguro. Porque o que aparece em preço final não bate certo com o que aparece no valor do seguro. E quando dizem seguro fonte todos os riscos e que não é contra todos os riscos pois não cobre pneus jantes e vidros. Mas tudo ok.
Gostei muito.
E quando voltar a Lisboa alugarei de novo com esta empresa.
Pois há gostos para tudo. Uns gostam outros não. E cada empresa tem as suas políticas.

 Although when I called Lisbon or Algarve gave me different information. I was always well taken care of.
For the price I paid for a 9-seat van a VW Caravelle. Very comfortable all very good. Mr. Roberto very friendly. It went well.
But I was also an employee of a Rent a Car. I only leave a criticism that you must hit the prices on the site due to the insurance. Because what appears in the final price does not fit right with what appears in the value of insurance. And when they say secure source all risks and that is not against all risks because it does not cover tires rims and glasses. But everything ok.
Really enjoyed.
And when I return to Lisbon I would rent with this company again.
For there are tastes for everything. Some like others do not. And each company has its policies.
A good there.

I have contracted this service on the day that I picked up the car, used the e-tolls waiting for the amounts to be debited from my card, only to receive a hefty bill a few months later due to the fact I was using the e-tolls without a valid subscription. The car rental company never activated the service I was paying for. ** ADDED AFTER REPLY BELOW: even if that was the case, which was not, were my contact details also not working? Did you try to contact to say there was an issue? This is now what I expect as a service from a car rental company***
