★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schrecklicher Service und komplett überteuert (günstigste Auto für 2 Tage 170€ ohne extra Versicherung oder sonstige Leistung) Diese wollen Sie aber natürlich noch dazu verkaufen "das ist ein super Preis"
Aber das gesperrte Geld von der Kreditkarte ist schnell wieder da.
 Terrible service and completely overpriced (cheapest car for 2 days 170 € without extra insurance or other services) But of course you want to sell it "that's a great price"
But the blocked money from the credit card is quickly back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never experienced such poor customer service. Took an hour and 20 minutes to pick up the car, I was the only person on there. Claimed they couldn't find my online reservation so tried to charge me a second, new reservation without informing me until I noticed the cost was more expensive. At which point was told to cancel my online reservation (which had been pre-paid) as they hadn't received it. I looked on their computer and I was top of the 3 person list of online reservations that day so don't on ire how they missed me. On returning the car the website says open until 7pm. Arrived at 6.35pm with the door locked and a man sat behind the desk which is 3 feet from the door. Refused to open the door so I could simply hand the keys back in. My flight out is 6am next morning and they don't have drop box so was forced to wait until that member of staff left the office so I could throw the keys in through the door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although there were some difficulties at the beginning (difference between the prices on the website and in the shop were aprox. 60 euros for one day, 100% of the original sum) a nice, kind and professional lady helped us out with informations. We receiced a better car than we actualy should and the procedure went quite well.
