Poor service, 2 hours in line and when it came time to enter, they didn't leave without any justification and reason for doing so, and they were still rude.

Staff muito pouco profissional, raparigas têm prioridade para entrar, três horas numa fila para depois os seguranças puxarem-nos para trás e ficarmos mais 2 horas na fila, ambiente penoso e sinceramente, nem vale a pena passar tempo neste estabelecimento. Vergonhoso! I put 1 star because I couldn't put less. Very unprofessional staff, girls have priority to enter, three hours in a line and then the security guards pull us back and we stay in line for another 2 hours, painful environment and honestly, it's not even worth spending time in this establishment. Shameful!
s	salma khan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful service. Last night I went inside with some friends of mine and we were carrying a lot of coats because it was cold. When we got in they told us the coat check was full. So then when we decided to leave, they told us we had to pay 25€ (10 for guys 5 for girls) when we hadn't even gone inside the nightclub. I then proceeded to ask for the cartão de reclamações because they wouldn't let us leave without paying (us not having touched the dancefloor). 5 people came out to scream at me and after literally 10 times of asking for the book, it wasn't until I called the police that they gave me the book. I then asked about a certain workers name which was screaming at me the most and they ended up giving me another man's name which I wrote in the book. I was very clear about whose name I actually wanted. When I then asked for the recibos, the cashier scram at me saying that all of my friends had to pay and refused to give me the tpa receipt. Again, after insisting on it, he finally gives me the recibo. Completely unnecessary to scream, I peacefully asked for the cartão de reclamações and they illegally refused to give it to me, until I called the police.
