O sistema digestivo quebra a comida que comemos, em proteínas, hidratos de carbono, gorduras e também em vitaminas, minerais e outros nutrientes, em substâncias que o corpo pode absorver e utilizar para energia, crescimento, reparação de tecidos e de células.
As proteínas são quebradas em aminoácidos, os hidratos de carbono em açúcares simples e as gorduras em ácidos gordos.
Se a nutrição for inadequada e a capacidade de digestão estiver enfraquecida, como será possível produzir energia, reparar e construir tecidos de forma eficiente?
A frase “somos o que comemos” é provavelmente uma das frases mais utilizadas, na área da saúde e da nutrição. A qualidade da comida e o tipo de alimentos que ingerimos no nosso dia terão certamente, um enorme impacto na nossa saúde.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a lovely place for vegetarian food. There are six dishes from which you can choose and make small/large plates with 2 or 3 options (maybe 4 also). The food is delicious. It is open for lunch only.
The desserts are very tasty. Tea is complimentary. Sitting place is cozy and clean. Food items are not very expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good veggie restaurant. Went there 2 times and really liked it both of them.
In the photo there is vegetable crepe, tofu with almonds and other fruits of the sort and beans with pumpkin. Juice of the day that was Apple and mango and the soup was good as well.
Unfortunately it's only open from 12h to 15h so no dinner.
Recommend it and will go again for sure
