The smoothie Juices.. are all vegan which is amazing for me as I am a vegan. They are nutritious and delicious. I felt my body get clean and lean. I totally recommend them. It will be my fourth time next week and I will do a juice cleanse with them every month.

Apart from the physical benefits of detoxing, reseting your system, getting rid of the water retention, and in my case I did lose weight; what truly made me love it is the ability to be more present, my focus and productivity has been better this whole week and I just realized the unnecessary quantities I eat when I am not hungry. Tuning into your body is key to living more mindfully. Highly recommend this!!!
