Quando chegaram chamaram-me à carrinha para mostrar o sofá que estava danificado. Se sabiam que estava danificado não o tiravam da loja ou se só viram na carrinha ligavam a dizer em vez de colocar as pessoas uma tarde inteira à espera.

If they knew it was damaged, they would not take it out of the store or if they only saw it in the van, they would call and say instead of putting people on hold for an entire afternoon.
