A empresa foi-me recomendada por uma vizinha que teve problemas idênticos aos meus e na qual contratou está empresa. Foi-me recusado o serviço "a despachar" alegando não terem conhecimento de como efectuar a reparação. Foi uma perda de tempo. Não recomendo.
I asked for a quote for repairing exterior and interior electric blinds. The company was recommended to me by a neighbor who had problems similar to mine and in which she hired this company. I was refused the "to ship" service on the grounds that they were unaware of how to carry out the repair. It was a waste of time. I do not recommend.

Erraram no perfil, deram sem curva, e não cabia no buraco da parede.
Logo de seguida enviei imagens e reclamei, nem resposta obtive!!!
Voltei a reclamar aprox. há 20 dias.
O marido no local, viu-o instalado.
Enviou msg q devolvia o valor.
RECLAMAÇÃO: Quero que o troque e o coloque no lugar. Não concordou !!!!
I bought in Nov ° 2 m blinds for balcony of T2. I explained the end well.
They made a mistake in the profile, went without a curve, and it didn't fit in the hole in the wall.
Soon after I sent pictures and complained, I didn't even get a reply !!!
I went back to complaining approx. 20 days ago.
The husband at the scene, saw him installed.
Sent msg q returned the value.
COMPLAINT: I want you to change it and put it in place. Didn't agree !!!!
