Liguei a questionar, disseram-me que a situação foi encaminhada para outro colega e deram-me outro número de telemóvel. Este tal "colega" atendeu o telefone à vigésima tentativa, cheio de desculpas, e marcou comigo para o dia seguinte de manhã. Excusado será dizer que não apareceu nem disse mais nada. Resumindo: não são sérios, chorrada de mentiras e desculpas, não atendem os telemóveis, passam as culpas de uns para os outros, marcam as coisas e não aparecem. Só não dou ZERO porque não dá! Lá vou eu ter que pagar a um brasileiro para fazer o serviço que os de cá estão ricos e não querem trabalhar. Comédia autêntica!
I called in the morning to ask for an urgent repair, they said they would show up in the late afternoon. They did not appear. I called to ask, they told me that the situation was referred to another colleague and they gave me another cell phone number. This "colleague" answered the phone on the twentieth attempt, full of excuses, and made an appointment with me for the next morning. Needless to say, he didn't show up or say anything else. In short: they're not serious, full of lies and excuses, they don't answer their cell phones, pass the blame on to each other, mark things and don't show up. I just don't give ZERO because I can't! There I'll have to pay a Brazilian to do the job that people here are rich and don't want to work. Authentic comedy!
