 Above all, I liked the friendliness of the staff. Too bad the possibility of visiting the old factory is not open as it has to be scheduled.

Apenas a apontar a falta de modernização do espaço e outlet com poucos produtos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visitei a loja e o 1 andar que tem um outlet. Quer num piso, quer noutro os preços são altos para as peças expostas. Um prato 8,99 supera em mto o outlet da fábrica vista alegre em Ílhavo onde paguei 2,99.
I visited the store and the 1st floor which has an outlet. Whether on one floor or another, prices are high for the pieces on display. A plate of 8.99 is much more than the outlet at the Vista Alegre factory in Ílhavo, where I paid 2.99.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here thinking it was cheaper and better than the typical ceramic places around the city, but I was wrong. They do have an outlet section with simplistic products which are more on the cheap side, but on the whole, their products are quite expensive. You can find the same products within the city at cheaper prices. They do have the newest editions and all, but not really worth the visit.
