★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ugh. Stupid computer just wiped my incredible insightful ramblings about this place...in a nutshell: amazing food. I'd totally give it six stars but unfortunately I do actually care about the service and as far as that was concerned, it was not deserving any stars at all. Sad really. But try it. If you are a tipping foreigner you're guaranteed good service. Unfortunately some waiters assume that if you are local you know that they actually make a salary and benefits and that tipping is not a cultural obligation in Portugal so they'd sooner spit in your food than smile at you. Sad really. Don't miss this opportunity though to savour some of the best gifts the sea has given the artists in that kitchen to work on. Well done chaps.

To my disappointment it was nothing like what the reviews had described.
All the starters were cooked from frozen , they literally came cold with ice in the middle!
The risotto was cold and extremely saturated with salt , it was hard to stomach.
The tuna was okay but for the price I really expected a lot more.
If this was a cheap local eat , I wouldn’t even be to disappointed but for the price and raving reviews it was not a hit at all.
If you are looking for authentic food and value for money , I wouldn’t recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, this place was simply delicious. The Iberian pork was just perfect as was the risotto. The flavors and textures are spot on. I highly recommend a stop. Steak was cooked perfect!!
