★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei à farmácia a meio de uma enxaqueca com aura, a precisar urgentemente do medicamento que regularmente tomo como SOS. Apesar de pedir por favor porque qto mais tarde tomar a medicação mais violenta será a crise, demoraram 20min a me atender. N me venderam o medicamento (alegando a necessidade de receita médica) e recomendaram que fosse às urgências do hospital. Passei 3 horas a vomitar a morrer de dores. Poderia ter evitado se fossem mais profissionais. Se tiverem alguma crise aguda respiratória ou outra provavelmente podem morrer dentro da farmácia
I arrived at the pharmacy in the middle of a migraine with aura, in urgent need of the medicine that I regularly take as SOS. Despite asking please because when I take the most violent medication later it will be the crisis, it took me 20 minutes to attend. They did not sell me the medicine (claiming the need for a prescription) and recommended that they go to the hospital emergency room. I spent 3 hours vomiting and dying in pain. I could have avoided it if they were more professional. If they have an acute respiratory or other crisis they can probably die inside the pharmacy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinha uma marcação para uma consulta, foi confirmada várias vezes no local e por telefone várias vezes nestes dias, mesmo assim quando cheguei lá disseram que eu tinha desmarcado de manhã, quando foram elas que me contactaram para voltar a confirmar esta consulta, se fosse assim, para que foi la? Seriedade e respeito, ZERO. Nunca mais voltarei lá, há mais locais onde solucionar meu problema.

O funcionario la, fez o teste com pouca sensibilidade mas sim com forssa demais. Foi desgrassa. Quando sai de la, correu sangue d'um lado do nariz e desde, esse dia, tenho d'um lado fracas dores de cabessa ☹️

The employee there, did the test with little sensitivity but with too much force. It was disgraceful. When I left there, blood ran from one side of my nose and since that day, I have faint headaches on one side ☹️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an bicycle accident near Sao Bartolomeu and got a deep cut in my foot and just wanted to get some desinfectant. The staff member directly recognized my wound and did first aid without waiting, cleaned the wound and another colleauge advised me to go to the hospital to get stitches. In the hospital the doctor confirmed that I needed stitches, so thank you very much! And I didnt have to pay anything :) Nice people there!
