Quando se telefona para pedir indicações, desligam a chamada. Very poorly signposted location. Those who don't know have to walk around the mall trying to figure out where the 24-hour service is. L	Le Voyageur Solitaire on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionários amáveis, neste momento o acesso é bastante complicado, mas não gosto nada da falta de variedade nas escolhas dum medicamento, já várias vezes tentei comprar um genérico e nunca há, só medicamentos "de marca" a um preço muito mais elevado, no meu caso, o dobro. Friendly staff, access is quite complicated at the moment, but I don't like the lack of variety in the choice of a drug at all, I've tried several times to buy a generic and there is never, only "brand" drugs at a much higher price, in mine double the case.

Quando fui atendido perguntaram me porque tinha retirado aquela senha, visto que era quarta feira. E eu perguntei qual era o problema. Responderam me que àquarta feira não fazem testes à covid 19. Eu intrigado perguntei porque não o fazem às quartas feiras. Reslonderam me que têm consulta de nutrição. Eu que estava em viagem e tive de fazer bastantes quilómetros para ir a esta farmácia respondi que issa informação deveria estar no site. Ao que me foi reapondido que no site não podia estar tudo. Quero acreditar que a pessoa que me atendeu não estava num dia bom. Espero que melhorem na comunicação com as pessoas e na simpatia do atendimento. Very poor service. I took a password to do a quick test on covid 19. When I was answered, they asked me why I had removed that password, since it was Wednesday. And I asked what the problem was. I was told that on Wednesdays they don't do tests for covid 19. I was intrigued and asked why they don't do it on Wednesdays. They told me they have a nutrition consultation. I was traveling and had to travel a lot of kilometers to go to this pharmacy and replied that this information should be on the website. Whereupon I was told that everything couldn't be on the site. I want to believe that the person who attended me was not having a good day. I hope they improve their communication with people and the friendliness of the service.
