★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freundliche Bedienung und geben sich grosse Mühe aber leider wurde der Kundensupport reduziert (früher gab es zwei von einander getrennte Geschäfte) und dementsprechend ist die Wartezeit zeitweise unerträglich und man geht resigniert und unverrichteter Dinge.
Friendly service and try very hard, but unfortunately the customer support has been reduced (there used to be two separate shops) and accordingly the waiting time is sometimes unbearable and you leave with resignation and not having achieved anything.

Como revelei duvidas sobre a sugestão que me estava a dar, respondeu arrogantemente que ele estava a tentar ajudar, mas que eu não queria ser ajudada. ?? Não apanhei o nome do funcionário mas reparei que tinha sotaque do norte. Deviam seleccionar melhor os funcionários pois não fui mal educada e há opiniões que devem ser guardadas, mesmo que o cliente seja um chato de galochas!!
I went to ask the employee for information who clearly doesn't know how to deal with people. As I revealed doubts about the suggestion he was giving me, he arrogantly replied that he was trying to help, but that I didn't want to be helped. ?? I didn't get the employee's name but I noticed that he had a northern accent. They should select employees better because I was not rude and there are opinions that must be kept, even if the customer is a bore of galoshes !!

MY COUSIN ALESSANDRO AUGUSTO BARBOSA, HAS BEEN WORKING FOR A MONTH AND A HALF WITH A RENAN WHO PROVIDES SERVICE, INSTALLING PHONE AND INTERNET FOR MEOS IN ARMAÇÃO DE PÊRA, PORTIMÃO, LAGOA, ETC, WITH AN AUTONOMOUS CALLED RENAN, 1 MONTH AND A HALF AND HE DIDN'T RECEIVE A PENNY, HE DIDN'T PAY AT THAT TIME OR LUNCH, HE DISMISSED HIM WITHOUT GIVING ANY MONEY, NEVER CHARGED IT, I'M TELLING PEOPLE TO ALERT, DON'T TRUST THE BRAZILIANS WHO PUT THE NEW ARRIVALS FROM BRAZIL TO WORK AND IF TO ENJOY
