Approached the counter to be served to be told I need to take a ticket to be seen? Really? Because there are lots of people waiting? The shop was dead, customers just me. Go elsewhere if you want good customer service.

This shop and this Vodafone team has to be clean!! It was the worst service from them in my all career as a client...7 or 8 people wearing Vodafone and noone educated or capable to be in a front office.
