O Coronel tem de se reinventar e começa a elaboração de um plano de expansão para vender o seu frango. Com 62 anos, abriu o 1º KFC em Salt Lake City (Utah).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst KFC I've ever had. Grumpy staff ,tiny portions, cold soggy chips. The chicken had no taste. Will never return. Don't go you will be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This rating is slightly unfair, only because the food was actually pleasant so far as fast food goes. However, I’m deducting at least “one” star ⭐️ for two reasons :-
1. Service - a new person up front, not entirely her fault but due to the pesky masks and other noise, she could not hear my order in my limited Portuguese. English was a non starter even for an American franchise, English was not tolerated as this just frustrated the young lady more. We did feel pretty unwelcome.
2. Food - tasted good, no complaints in that department. My wife and I had two separate types of meals and took a few pieces of chicken home for our daughter to have. Unfortunately all 3 of us were very ill 3 or 4 hours later. No vomiting, but very close, just 3 very upset tummies the entire evening into early hours of the morning. Today is a bit better.
Recommendation - I gather this was from cutting boards or cooking surfaces. More care needs to be taken as food poisoning can be pretty dangerous. Lucky we only had upset stomachs and seemed to recover quick enough.
PS - This rating is here to only help prevent this from happening to others so that the staff can attend to what needs to be done to stop the food from being contaminated.
I won’t be returning for some time to KFC as a result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st time trying KFC in Portugal. The service was diabolically slow, when I got my order the chips were cold (I mean really cold) when I gave them back they said 2 minutes…. 7 minutes later I got hot chips but a tough as boots. Not at all edible. The chicken was awful, and tough also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service from a staff member. Fries ok. Chicken dry and overcooked ,the coating appeared to be thinned out with flour. No texture and very little taste. Server couldn't understand coffee and got quite angry. One hot wing was tiny and totally inedible. Overall pretty disgusting. And KFC is my preferred fast food but not in Algarve Shopping

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This two chicken wings that only was the wing no bit of meat on the end , and out of a 9 piece bucket we got 4 nice pieces 3 very small legs and 2 wings , however living 30 minutes away we had the 3 pieces off the top of the bucket and underneath was the small pieces and too far to take back . Not a happy kfc lover
