D	Di_melpt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 3/04/2019, tinha a criança cheia de febre no carro a espera diriji-me à essa farmácia porque precisava de um medicamento, chegamos as 8:50 a espera da farmácia abrir, depois de nos, chegaram mais duas pessoas, as 9:05 chegou a colaboradora e fechou a porta na cara a dizer “dirija-se à outra farmácia pois ainda tenho que ligar o sistema” mas as pessoas que chegaram depois de nos entraram sem problemas, perguntei quantos minutos é que tenho que esperar para o sistema abrir, a porta foi fechada na cara sem qualquer resposta a essa pergunta. Funcionária mal educada sem qualquer tipo de respeito para com os clientes. Apenas precisava de um medicamento para parar a febre e tinha possibilidade de esperar ate o sistema ser ligado! Horrível é uma vergonha!!! Não recomendo, serviço ( quem nem foi prestado) e relação não prestam. On 04/3/2019, I had the child with fever in the car waiting I went to this pharmacy because I needed a medicine, we arrived at 8:50 waiting for the pharmacy to open, after us, two more people arrived, at 9:05 the collaborator arrived and closed the door in the face saying "go to the other pharmacy because I still have to turn on the system" but the people who arrived after we entered without problems, I asked how many minutes I have to wait for the system to open, the door was closed in the face without any answer to that question. Poorly educated employee without any kind of respect for customers. He just needed a medicine to stop the fever and he could wait until the system was turned on! Horrible is a disgrace !!! Would not recommend, service (who was not even rendered) and ratio not worth it.

Já estava a porta fechada e quando saiu um cliente que estava já no interior a farmacêutica disse que estavam encerrados e que já não atendiam. Na porta o horário de encerramento diz que é as 20h, por isso acho que deveria ter sido atendido. Tendo em conta que a outra farmácia aberta era longe, acho que ficava bem um pouco de compreensão. I arrived at the pharmacy at 7:58 pm. I understand perfectly that it is just in time for the closing. The door was already closed and when a customer came out who was already inside, the pharmacist said that they were closed and that they no longer answered. At the door the closing time says it is 20:00, so I think I should have been answered. Bearing in mind that the other open pharmacy was far away, I think there was a little bit of understanding.

I bought there eyes creme SVR 30.90.€ Was 03.04.2020.When i evening Open My creme its was empty..Monday 06.04 i go back to pharmacy.And explane all situation.And what You think??? They was very anfriendly and told me.Maybe You have Home other full????I was chocked..they Tell me You should now to write Company SVR.and explane situation.I told but i bought here and spent money your pharmacy.They not give me back money or other product. Never recomender this pharmacy.There realy was racist staff
J	Jordyn Ross on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really kind pharmacists. I came in needing an inhaler and she was able to find a similar medicine to the American one I had. I really respect that she told me to only use the inhaler on emergency basis or at all, as opposed to how my American doctor advised me to take it. They had at least 3-4 pharmacists present when I went, so no waiting. I highly recommend this pharmacy!
