★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, uma amiga esteve lá hoje e foi humilhada, ela está com bronquite, esteve ontem no hospital das 13h de segunda até 1 hora manhã de terça-feira. Ela foi muito mal atendida por um senhora que estava lá as 12h. Estava a procura de um antibiótico que foi-lhe receitado. A senhora logo lhe disse que ela estava com COVID 19 é que não poderia está na rua ( Sem nem saber o que se trata). As pessoas tem que ter mais empatia, está funcionária muito mais. Está la para atender os clientes e vender os produtos, não para dar palpites.
Bad service, a friend was there today and was humiliated, she has bronchitis, she was in the hospital yesterday from 1 pm Monday to 1 am Tuesday morning. She was very poorly attended by a lady who was there at 12pm. He was looking for an antibiotic that was prescribed for him. The lady soon told her that she was with COVID 19 that she couldn't be on the street (without even knowing what it is). People have to be more empathetic, they are much more employees. It is there to serve customers and sell products, not to make guesses.
