★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. No atendimento, os funcionários não perguntam ao cliente por qual medicamento pretendem optar, simplesmente vão buscar o mais caro que têm em stock.
Quando confrontados com a receita médica que apresenta o valor máximo que o utente tem de pagar, ainda apresentam desculpas como erros do sistema, que o medicamento não é comparticipado ou que o fornecedor não tem o medicamento mais barato disponível para entrega.
Bad experience. In service, employees do not ask the customer which medicine they intend to choose, they simply go for the most expensive one they have in stock.
When faced with a medical prescription that presents the maximum amount that the user has to pay, they still present excuses such as system errors, that the medicine is not reimbursed or that the supplier does not have the cheapest medicine available for delivery.
