Colega esse que eu já tinha falado previamente ao telefone e saberia qual o medicamento que eu queria. Foi confuso e na realidade constrangedor ver alguém que estava a fazer o seu trabalho ser interrompido e tratado daquela forma...
Julgo ter ser a directora da Farmácia, o que é lamentável tratar assim os seus funcionários. Recomendo irem a uma farmácia onde tratem os funcionários como seres humanos.
I was being treated at this pharmacy by a pharmacist, and another lady interrupted to assist me herself. It was completely unpleasant with the colleague. Colleague that I had previously talked to on the phone and would know what medicine I wanted. It was confusing and really embarrassing to see someone who was doing his job being interrupted and treated like that ...
I think I have to be the director of the Pharmacy, which is unfortunate to treat your employees like that. I recommend going to a pharmacy where you treat employees like human beings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal atendido. Expus todos os sintomas, timeline, etc. Quem me atendeu não parecia minimamente interessado, deu medicamentos explicando muito de passagem a posologia. Mau serviço.
Underserved. I exposed all the symptoms, timeline, etc. Whoever attended me didn't seem to be interested in the least, they gave me medication, explaining the dosage in passing. Bad service.
