Pessimo ...
I delivered the recipe it means that you have to sell what is in the recipe if by chance you are not there yes talk to the customer and say you don't have it and if the customer wants to take another one that is well above the price of the recipe, and no sell the medicine that the value is double afff lack of dialogue and professionalism.
