★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Über eine ca. 100. lange Mole ist dieser Leuchtturm in Sagres zu erreichen. Hier war in früherer Zeit der Hafen der Walfänger, wie der Name Baleeira schon sagt. Er unterscheidet sich nicht großartig von anderen Leuchttürmen hier an der Algarve. Man hat aber von hier einen schönen Blick über die Küste und rückwärtig über den Fischerhafen und einen Teil von Sagres.
This lighthouse in Sagres can be reached via an approx. 100th mole. In earlier times, this was the harbor of the whalers, as the name Baleeira suggests. It is not that different from other lighthouses here in the Algarve. But from here you have a beautiful view over the coast and back over the fishing port and part of Sagres.
