★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os serviços administrativos são horríveis, não atendem o telefone, quando atendem dão respostas curtas e desligam sem explicar bem como irão resolver os pedidos. No atendimento presencial é ainda pior, fica-se horas à espera, quando só estão 3 pessoas para serem atendidas. A FCUP precisa desesperadamente de contratar mais staff, é inadmissível uma faculdade com 5 departamentos ter apenas 2 ou 3 pessoas a atender os alunos na secretaria.
The administrative services are horrible, they do not answer the phone, when they do, they give short answers and hang up without explaining well how they will resolve the requests. The face-to-face service is even worse, there are hours of waiting, when there are only 3 people to be seen. FCUP desperately needs to hire more staff, it is unacceptable for a faculty with 5 departments to have only 2 or 3 people attending students in the secretariat.
