★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived at 9 20 to do an errand categorised under the "B" letter, and got my number which was B15. At the time it was B8, I thought to myself, great this is going fast. Wrong, they decided to stop serving errand under the B category and prioritise others, hence at 11:20 it was B10 still. When they finally called my number, they said they couldn't help me cause the server was down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to get my NIF number here, it was super easy and straight forward. I arrived at about 8am (1 hour before opening) to get in early into the queue, which in the end turned out not to be quite necessary. By 8:30 there had only been 2 other people behind me.

There are 4 different ladies in front of door, 1 of them doesn't understand English at all so it's your luck which one you get if you don't know Portuguese.
You need appointment first and I don't know how to get it.
I went there without appointment and that nice lady booked an appointment for me to come again after 2 days
People working inside are very good and very helpful
speak English very well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My appointment was awful, the person who attended me did not help me AT ALL! I just needed to change my address and he said I had to wait 6 months ! When I asked why he just read the law without explaining me anything!! I went to another financas and I could do it very easily. I am not sure if all the people working there are as the same person who attended me but I would anyway recommend to change financas if you need to solve an issue.
