A service so mediocre and incompetent that only in Portugal can there be such atrocity. They even disappear with documents and then do not want to take responsibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Três vezes peço ajuda num simples documento de residencia fiscal, três vezes vossos "atendentes" dão-me a mesma resposta padronizada, letra por letra, que não resolve minha questão. A incompetência da função pública é infinita, e estes não perderão os empregos por serem absolutamente inúteis como trabalhadores. Estarei engrossando a fileira de anotações no livro de reclamações a ver se UM DIA esta palhaçada tem fim.
Atendam melhor o público.
Three times I ask for help in a simple tax residency document, three times your "attendants" give me the same standardized answer, letter by letter, which does not solve my question. The incompetence of the civil service is infinite, and they will not lose their jobs because they are absolutely useless as workers. I will be enlarging the row of notes in the complaints book to see if ONE DAY this clowning ends.
