★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É ridículo a pouca quantidade de sítios que vende gás quando é preciso. Moro em Lisboa, e ao fim de semana é praticamente impossível encontrar um sitio que venda bilhas de gás.
It is ridiculous the small number of sites that sell gas when needed. I live in Lisbon, and at the weekend it is practically impossible to find a place that sells gas canisters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço péssimo comprei uma garrafa cujo redutor não era o mesmo voltei lá a perguntar se podia devolver o empregado responde não posso fazer nada você pediu a garrafa eu vendi.
Certo mas um bom profissional podia 1- reparar que a entrada da garrafa não é a mesma.
2- pedir desculpa e explicar porque não pode devolver mostrando empatia com o cliente.
3-Entregar o recibo quando pedi o contribuinte.
O empregado teve o descaramento de olhar na minha cara e dizer veja bem eu sou pago para trabalhar se quiser reclamar reclame com o patrão á vontade.
Então fica claro que não há cuidado nem serviço ao cliente há apenas o interesse em vender e um empregado que tem a coragem de dizer isso ao cliente.
Disse-lhe na cara você é um péssimo profissional e está é a diferença entre comprar uma vez tu e prestar um serviço de qualidade.
Tenho agora em casa uma garrafa de gás inutilizada, pretendo assim que me troquem a mesma!
Service lousy bought a bottle whose reducer was not the same I went back there to ask if I could return the employee answers I can not do anything you asked for the bottle I sold.
Sure but a good professional could 1-notice that the entrance to the bottle is not the same.
2- Apologize and explain why you can not return showing empathy with the client.
3-Deliver the receipt when I asked the taxpayer.
The employee had the nerve to look in my face and say, well, I'm paid to work if I want to complain to the boss at will.
So it is clear that there is no care nor customer service there is only the interest in selling and an employee who has the courage to tell this to the customer.
Told you in the face you are a terrible professional and this is the difference between buying once and providing a quality service.
Now I have a bottle of unused gas at home, so I want you to change me the same!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They take your money without your permission. I put EUR 10 in my car and I was charged EUR 500 as I was using a foreign card. They say they will release the money in 6 days so I am in a foreign country with EUR 60 left in my account. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
